Song Number 7, "Never In A Million Years" sung by "Zee" was disqualified as it appeared to be released in Hungary eariler. The rules state that you cannot submit a song if it has been previously released. This meant that "Every Step Of The Way" sung by "Level Best" takes their place.

Jessica Garlick appeared on BBC "Star for the Night" and ITV "Pop Idol" (She was in the final 10)
Tricia Penrose appered on ITV "Heartbeat"
One of the writers for "I Give In", Jonathan Maitland is a TV journalist and appeared on BBC and ITV.

The UK Great British Song Contest was presented by Claire Sweeney and Christopher Price and was shown on BBC1, LIVE on Sunday 3 March 2002 at 4:35pm. Results were announced at 5:09pm. The televoting only last 10 minutes, from 4:57pm to 5:07pm GMT. The two presenters for the Eurovision Song Contest was also mention in the programme.
