The hosts are Eldar Gasimov (winner of 2011), Nargiz Birk-Petersen and Leila Alieve . The venue is the Baku Crystal Hall, Baku in Azerbaijan

Televoting returned to the 15 minutes after the songs are heard.

Through to the final from Semi Final 1 are Romania, Moldova, Iceland, Hungary, Denmark, Albania, Cyprus, Greece, Russia, Ireland

Semi Final Allocation draw took placed on 25 January 2012 and held in the Buta Palace in Baku.
