Ledbury Poetry Festival 2000 Street Party

These photos were taken on Saturday 1 July 2000. There was a free street party to celebrate the towns Poetry Festival. A big crowd was gathering in the High Street. The High Street was completly closed. It closed for about 3 events a year and this is one of them.

A strange shadow has overcasted Ledbury, well it was 9pm at night. A very good effect (that is the photo!)	An empty high street.
